Abstract: There are no Federal standards or test procedures for commercial and industrial fans and blowers. DOE has prepared a Framework Document that detail the analytical approach and preliminary scope of the rulemaking for energy conservation standards for commercial and industrial fans, and identifies several issues on which DOE requested comments.
