Abstract: The Energy Policy and Conservation Act (EPCA), as amended, requires that test procedures for all covered products (including commercial clothes washers) be reviewed at least once every seven years. This rulemaking is being conducted in coordination with an energy conservation standards rulemaking for commercial clothes washers that is scheduled for completion no later than January 1, 2015. | |
