Title: Corporate Governance of Regulated Entities 
Abstract: FHFA issued a proposed rule that would merge certain former FHFB and OFHEO regulations relating to corporate governance of the Enterprises and the Federal Home Loan Banks, respectively, into a single new regulation at 12 CFR part 1239. As part of the merging of the former regulations, certain portions of the regulations will be deleted, amended, or combined as appropriate. The proposed rule would also relocate 12 CFR part 914, relating to regulatory reports, to part 1239. The new regulation will supersede the former FHFB (parts 917 and 914) and OFHEO (part 1710) regulations, which will be removed in their entirety.
