Abstract: Section 4112 of the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008 (Pub. L. 110-246) amended section 6(k) of the FNA to require the Secretary to amend SNAP regulations to clarify and define certain terminology that affects the SNAP eligibility of fleeing felons.
