Title: Fire Safety Requirements for Certain Health Care Facilities (CMS-3277-F) 
Abstract: This final rule amends the fire safety standards for hospitals; critical access hospital long-term care facilities; intermediate care facilities for the intellectually disabled; ambulatory surgery centers hospices, which provide in-patient services; religious non-medical health care institutions; and, programs of all-inclusive care for the elderly facilities. Further, this rule adopts the 2012 edition of the Life Safety Code and eliminates references in our regulations to all earlier editions.
