Title: Small Business Lending Fund Refinance
Abstract: This interim final rule, promulgated pursuant to section 4103(d)(7) of the Small Business Jobs Act (Jobs Act), would provide guidance for eligible institutions seeking to refinance securities issued under the Community Development Capital Initiative (CDCI) and the Capital Purchase Program (CPP) for securities to be issued under the Small Business Lending Fund Program (SBLF). This interim final rule would include requirements to permit eligible institutions to refinance CPP and CDCI securities.
