Title: School Improvement Grants (SIG) Program 
Abstract: The Secretary proposes to amend the final requirements under the School Improvement Grants (SIG) program, authorized under section 1003(g) of title I of the ESEA. The changes are needed to incorporate new authority included in the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2014, and to make other updates and conforming changes to existing requirements.
