Abstract:

EPCA, as amended by AEMTCA, provides DOE sufficient statutory authority to regulate a wider variety of electric motors and small electric motors than those previously covered under DOE's regulations, i.e. small electric motors manufactured alone or as a component of another piece of equipment.
