Title: ●Technical Amendments: Transfer of Office Functions 
Abstract:

DOE has reorganized its Office of Health, Safety and Security (HSS) by dividing the office into two separate organizations: The Office of Environment, Health, Safety and Security and the Office of Independent Enterprise Assessment. Certain HSS functions transferred to the Office of Environment, Health, Safety and Security are subject to regulations in title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations. As a result, title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations contains references to DOE program offices and positions that are no longer extant. This final rule amends title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations to reflect new organizational structures and titles and update addresses that are no longer correct.
