Abstract:

The Environmental Protection Agency is revising its Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) regulations, 40 CFR part 2, subpart A, which were last updated in 2002 in order to comply with the 2007 Open Government Act, reflect EPA's business process, and correct obsolete information.
