Title: Greenhouse Gas Reporting Program: Addition of Global Warming Potentials to the General Provisions and Amendments and Confidentiality Determinations for Fluorinated Gas Production  
Abstract:

This action amends the Fluorinated Gas Production source category (subpart L) to address stakeholder concerns that reporting, and subsequent EPA release, of certain information would reveal information considered to have disclosure concerns. This action also finalizes confidentially determinations for the data elements in the source category.  This action also establishes chemical-specific and default global warming potentials (GWPs) for gases that are reported to the Greenhouse Gas Reporting Program, but that do not currently have GWPs under the Program.
