Title: ●Major Source Determination for Oil and Gas Extraction Facilities 
Abstract:

The EPA is proposing to define "source terms within the Prevention of Deterioration (PSD) and Nonattainment New Source Review (NNSR) programs as they apply to the oil and gas extraction industry. This additional definition will assist permitting authorities in making major stationary source determinations for the oil and gas industry. The lack of clarity regarding the term "source" has resulted in confusion for the regulated community and for permitting authorities, including EPA’s regions.
