Title: ●Termination of the Department of Transportation Board of Contract Appeals 
Abstract:

The Civilian Board of Contract Appeals was created by statute to replace many individual Boards of Contract Appeals including DOTs.  This final rule would remove these provisions which are no longer supported by statutory authority from the Code of Federal Regulations.
