Title: ●Use of Electronic Chain of Custody and Control Form in DOT-Regulated Drug Testing Programs | |
Abstract:
This rulemaking would permit the use of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) electronic chain of custody and control form (CCF) for the Federal Workplace Drug Testing Program which was recently approved for use by the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs. DOT is required by the Omnibus Transportation Employee Testing Act of 1991 to incorporate into its regulations HHS chain of custody procedures including the use of approved CCFs as set forth in HHS Mandatory Guidelines. |
