Abstract:
This rulemaking would update the existing overflight fees (last updated in a 2011 final rule) using more current FAA cost accounting and air traffic activity data. Overflight fees are charges for aircraft flights that transit U.S.-controlled airspace but neither take off nor land in the United States. |
