Title: Requirements for Contacts With Federal Credit Unions | |
Abstract:
NCUA previously proposed to amend part 701 of its regulations to require examinations and other contacts between NCUA staff and staff or officials of a Federal credit union (FCU) to occur in an FCU's business office or other public location. Two years after the rule becomes effective, all FCUs must maintain office space not located in a residence. NCUA has reviewed the public comments and is working towards finalizing the referenced proposal. |
