Title: Federal Credit Union Bylaws 
Abstract:

This proposed rule will update, modernize, and clarify the current federal credit union (FCU) bylaws. NCUA has received feedback from FCUs that indicate amendments are needed. The proposed changes will provide greater flexibility to FCUs, remove outdated provisions, and provide more commentary that will address common questions.
