Abstract:
The Division is considering recommending that the Commission propose amendments to the forms used by open-end and closed-end registered investment companies to report information about fund operations and portfolio holdings. The Division is also considering recommending that the Commission propose amendments to the form used by investment advisers to register with the Commission to improve registration procedures and data collected from investment advisers, including data about separately managed accounts, and amendments to the Investment Advisers Act books and records rule regarding the calculation of performance information. |
