Title: Revision of RD Regulations Concerning the Use of the Decennial Census for Obtaining Population, Income, and Unemployment Data and Updating FmHA References
Abstract: RD is proposing to revise program regulations within RBS, RUS, and RHS to update population-, income-, and unemployment-related data sources referenced in program regulations. These changes will have little to no impact on applicants. The only impact, which is marginal at most, is that there may be some change in the amount of funds a particular State may receive as a result of using Bureau of Labor Statistics in lieu of Census Bureau data previously reported in the decennial Census.
