Title: Framework Adjustment 52 to the Northeast Multispecies Fishery Management Plan 
Abstract: This action revises the accountability measures for the northern and southern windowpane flounder stocks within the Northeast Multispecies Fishery Management Plan. Framework 52 modified the current year-round gear restricted areas to seasonal areas, and incorporated stock status to define when an accountability measure, or which accountability measure, are triggered.
