Title: Modifications to Fishing Quotas for Individual Fishing Quota Species in the Gulf of Mexico 
Abstract: Regulations at 50 CFR 622.41 incorrectly identified the commercial quotas for three Individual Fishing Quota program species complexes (other shallow-water grouper, deep-water grouper, and tilefish) as annual catch limits. The quotas in the regulations are equal to the annual catch targets, not the annual catch limits. The rulemaking corrected the regulations to identify the established quotas as the annual catch targets and added annual catch limits to the regulations.
