Title: Framework Amendment 1 to the Coastal Migratory Pelagics Fishery Management Plan 
Abstract: Coastal Migratory Pelagic Framework Amendment 1 modified the annual catch limits for Atlantic and Gulf of Mexico (Gulf) migratory group Spanish mackerel. The amendment also updated the optimum yield and recreational annual catch target for Atlantic migratory group Spanish mackerel. These modifications were based on the outcome of stock assessments and subsequent recommendations made by the Scientific and Statistical Committees and approved by the South Atlantic and Gulf Councils.
