Abstract:

This rule contains amendments for policy changes and clarification and deletions for the Air Force guidance on Administrative claims. The rule relates to the Air Force processes for claims filed for and against the Air Force.  This rule is part of DoD's retrospective plan under EO 13563 completed in August 2011.
