Title: Army National Cemeteries 
Abstract:

This proposed amendment modifies the Army's regulations governing Army National Cemeteries, which consists of Arlington and the Soldiers' and Airmen's Home National cemeteries, to reflect recent changes in the management structure of the Army National Cemeteries Program, adopt modifications suggested by the Department of the Army Inspector General, and implement statutory changes to interment, inurnment, and memorialization eligibility. The rule being pursued under RIN 0702-AA60 is being rewritten, and these changes will be incorporated in the second proposed rule. For that reason, this rule is withdrawn.
