Title: Taxes--Foreign Contracts in Afghanistan (DFARS Case 2014-D003)  
Abstract:

DoD is issuing a final rule to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to implement guidance on the treatment of taxes for solicitations and contracts with performance in Afghanistan. DoD does not expect this rule to have a significant economic impact on a substantial number of small entities.
