Abstract:
DoD issued a final rule amending the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to delete the requirement for DoD departments and agencies to certify every two years that no senior leader has performed multiple roles in the acquisition of a major weapon system or major service. This final rule was not published for public comment because it only affects the internal operating procedures of the Government. |
