Title: Prohibition of the Sale or Rental of Sexually Explicit Material on DoD Property  
Abstract:

This rule establishes policy and assigns responsibilities for restrictions on the sale or rental of sexually explicit materials on property under the jurisdiction of the DoD, or by members of the military services, DoD civilian officers, or employees acting in their official capacities; and establishes the Resale Activities Review Board (referred to in this rule as the "Board").
