Title: Privacy Act; Exempt Record System for NIH Police Records; Implementation 
Abstract: This rule would exempt a new system of NIH police records compiled and maintained of complaints of incidents, inquires and investigative findings, arrest records, and court dispositions, from certain requirements of the Privacy Act in order to protect records compiled in the course of NIH inquiries, prevent disclosure of investigative techniques, and protect the identity of confidential sources and law enforcement personnel in these investigations.
