Abstract:

BSEE is considering public comments on the Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (ANPRM) and will develop a proposed rule that incorporates industry standards and procedures for helidecks, aviation fuel systems, and helicopter-related operations on fixed offshore platforms to improve safety on the Outer Continental Shelf.
