Title: Decommission Costs (Leasing Rule) 
Abstract: This rule making would require an operator to submit information on the actual costs of decommissioning to enable BSEE to estimate future costs for leases, Right-of-Ways, and Right-of-Uses. This action would assist the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management in requiring adequate bonds or other forms of security to minimize or eliminate the possibility that the Government would incur liability as a result of unmet requirements to decommission facilities.
