Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Revision to the Nonessential Experimental Population of the Mexican Wolf  
Abstract:

This action: (1) transfers the 1998 10(j) rule that authorized the establishment of the nonessential experimental population of the Mexican wolf from the gray wolf to the Mexican wolf we are listing in a separate rulemaking (1018-AY00), and (2) amends the 1998 10(j) rule. The final rule was published in the Federal Register on January 16, 2015.
