Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Removal of the Modoc Sucker from the List of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife 
Abstract:

We will make a determination on whether to remove the Modoc sucker, a fish found in California and Oregon, from the List of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife. Currently designated critical habitat would also be removed.
