Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Removal of the Inyo California Towhee From the Federal List of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife 
Abstract:

We will publish a final determination on our proposal to remove the Inyo California towhee, a bird found in California, from the List of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife. We will also remove currently designated critical habitat for the Inyo California towhee.
