Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Determination for the Florida Bristle Fern 
Abstract:

We will make a determination regarding listing the Florida bristle fern pursuant to the Endangered Species Act (ESA). This plant occurs in Florida and is currently a candidate for listing under the ESA. Accordingly, we will, if determined prudent and determinable, designate critical habitat for the species as a separate rulemaking action (RIN 1018-BA34).
