Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Critical Habitat Designation for the Florida Semaphore Cactus and Aboriginal Prickly-Apple | |
Abstract:
Critical habitat for the Florida semaphore cactus and aboriginal prickly-apple was considered to be not prudent in the October 2012 proposed critical habitat rule for Cape Sable thoroughwort (77 FR 61835). Informed by public comment, we will, if determined to be prudent and determinable, designate critical habitat for these two species in south Florida. Both of these species are listed as endangered under the Endangered Species Act. |
