Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Reclassification of the Columbia River Distinct Population Segment of Columbian White-Tailed Deer from Endangered to Threatened; Section 4(d) Rule  
Abstract:

We will propose to reclassify the Columbia River Distinct Population Segment of Columbian white-tailed deer, found in Oregon and Washington, from endangered to threatened. We will also propose to establish regulations for the conservation of the species under section 4(d) of the Endangered Species Act.
