Title: Native American Graves Protection Act--Disposition of Unclaimed Cultural Items on Federal and Indian Lands  
Abstract:

This rule would establish a process for disposing of Native American human remains and cultural items exhumed after November 16, 1990, for which there is no claim from federally recognized tribes or lineal descendants. It would address options for disposition, care, and access for study to guide Federal Agencies.
