Title: Privacy Act Regulations 
Abstract:

This rule would update and clarify the language describing the procedures and policies of the Department of the Interior concerning maintenance of Privacy Act records. The revisions will inform individuals of procedures under which they may determine whether systems of records contain records relating to them, how they may seek access to the records, and how they may petition for amendment of the records. The rule will also specify which records systems are exempted from certain requirements of the Privacy Act.
