Title: Revision of ITAR Section 125.9 and Section 126.6 | |
Abstract:
The Department of State proposes to modify the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) 125.9 and 126.6 by removing any reference of paper-based processing to reflect electronic submissions. This will ensure any licensed technical data, manufacturing license, and technical assistance agreements are submitted electronically.
