Title: Proposed Revisions to SDA and CDA Formulas Regulations 
Abstract:

TTB is proposing to: (1) reclassify some specially denatured alcohol (SDA) formulas as completely denatured alcohol (CDA) for which formula submission is not required, and (2) allow other SDA formulas to be used without the submission of article formulas, in order to reduce the amount of paperwork submitted to the National Laboratory Center.
