Title: User and Navigation Fees; Other Reimbursable Charges 
Abstract:

Amendment regarding the proper assessment of user and navigation fees, as well as other reimbursement charges for customs services performed in connection with, among other things, the processing of vehicles, vessels, aircraft, and merchandise arriving in the United States. The purpose of the amendment is to conform the regulations to the intent of the customs user fee statute and to reflect existing operational policy and administrative practice in this area.
