Abstract:
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is proposing to amend its regulations governing the provisional unlawful presence waiver process. Through this rule, DHS proposes to expand access to the provisional unlawful presence waiver program to additional noncitizens for whom an immigrant visa is immediately available and can show extreme hardship to a qualifying U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident spouse or parent. |
