Title: Energy Conservation Standards for Miscellaneous Refrigeration Products | |
Abstract:
DOE is considering conducting a rulemaking to establish definitions and set standards for residential wine chillers and similar products. Because of the operational differences between refrigerators that are already covered by the statutory framework laid out by the Energy Policy and Conservation Act of 1975, as amended, and other refrigeration products, such as wine chillers, DOE is weighing the possibility of setting standards for these other refrigeration products. |
