Title: Federal Building Standards Rule--Update--IECC 2012 
Abstract:

This rulemaking implements provisions in the Energy Conservation and Production Act (ECPA) that require DOE to update the baseline Federal energy efficiency performance standards for the construction of new Federal buildings, including low-rise residential buildings one year after the date of approval of each subsequent update of the International Energy Conservation Code (IECC). This rulemaking addresses the baseline Federal residential standard and 2012 IECC.
