Title: Test Procedures for Commercial Clothes Washers 
Abstract:

EPCA requires the Secretary to update test procedures for commercial clothes washers so that the DOE test procedure for commercial clothes washers accurately represents the energy consumption of this equipment.  This test procedure clarified that commercial clothes washer manufacturers must use Appendix J1 until further energy conservation standards go into effect.
