Title: ●Nuclear Classification and Declassification 
Abstract:

DOE regulations at 10 CFR 1045 implements the Atomic Energy Act by establishing the Government-wide requirements for the classification and declassification of Restricted Data (RD) and Formerly Restricted Data (FRD).  The regulations are being revised to incorporate new policies including Transclassified Foreign Nuclear Information (TFNI), the return of FRD and TFNI now permitted by amendment to the Atomic Energy Act, marking requirements for portion marked documents containing national security information, RD, FRD and TFNI.
