Title: Removal of Provisions for the DOT Board of Contract Appeals
Abstract: The Civilian Board of Contract Appeals was created by statute to replace many individual Boards of Contract Appeals, including DOT´s. This final rule would remove these provisions, which are no longer supported by statutory authority, from the Code of Federal Regulations.
