Title: ●Design Standards for Highways
Abstract: This rulemaking would update 23 CFR 625.4, which incorporates by reference several standards, policies, and standard specifications that apply to new construction, reconstruction, resurfacing, restoration, and rehabilitation projects on the National Highway System. The rulemaking would incorporate by reference updated versions of design standards and standard specifications previously adopted and incorporated by reference. Most notably, this rulemaking would incorporate by reference the 2011 version of the AASHTO Green Book. This rulemaking also would make additional technical changes to this section requested by the Federal Register.
