Title: Federal Home Loan Bank Community Support Program - Administrative Amendments 
Abstract:

Section 10(g) of the Federal Home Loan Bank Act requires the Director of FHFA to adopt regulations establishing standards of community investment or service for Federal Home Loan Bank (Bank) members to maintain continued access to long-term Bank advances. This rulemaking would streamline and simplify the administrative process requirements applicable to the Banks, Banks members and FHFA at part 1290 of the FHFA regulations.
