Title: Commission on Civil Rights--Update and Revision 
Abstract:

The Commission proposes to update and revise its current regulations, 45 CFR 701 to 708. 45 CFR 701 identifies the organization and functions of the Commission. 45 CFR 702 specifies the rules on hearings, reports, and meetings of the Commission. 45 CFR 703 relates to the operation and functions of State Advisory Committees. 45 CFR 704 implements the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act (5 USC 552). 45 CFR 705 implements the requirements of the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended (5 USC 552a). 45 CFR 706 pertains to ethical conduct and responsibilities of employees. 45 CFR 707 relates to enforcement of nondiscrimination on the basis of disability in agency programs or activities. 45 CFR 708 provides procedures for collection by administrative offset of a Federal employee's salary to satisfy certain debts owed to the Federal government.
